Raleigh is working to Improve mobility and connectivity for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic.

The goal of the two-way conversion of the Blount St and Person St corridors is to create streets that accommodate a wide range of users.

During the development of the Blount St and Person St Corridor Study, the community expressed a desire to have the corridor be safe and highly attractive to pedestrians, cyclists, and transit users. A complete street balances the range of mobility needs by providing a place for all users.

UPDATE: The meeting Scheduled for March 24 is postponed until further notice.
