Raleigh is working to Improve mobility and connectivity for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic.

Our goal is to turn the Blount St and Person St corridor into a complete street, balancing the range of mobility needs by providing a place for all types of transportation.

During the development of the Blount St and Person St Corridor Study, the community expressed a desire to have the corridor be safe and highly attractive to pedestrians, cyclists, and transit users. A complete street balances the range of mobility needs by providing a place for all users.
